γ and φ parameter for calculation of vth due to body effect?
 

actually want to solve the equation:
Vth = Vth0 + γ(√2φ+Vbs-√2φ)

how to find the values of γ and 2φ

If they aren't given intrinsically in the model files, they are results from further (often complex) calculations with other parameters. Check the literature given above.
