How to find a paper on EDAboard now?

long time ago, when you need some paper, u can post the title here, lots of people will help u to find them, then post here,

but now ,when I need some ones, where can I get them?

If they are IEEE papers then you must subscribe to the IEEE or access them through libraries or Universities. We don't allow posting of illegal copyright material here.
