How to filter data using Kalman Filter?

Dear All,

I have velocity-time data which I gained from my experiments. The data is noisy so I want to filter it by using Kalman Filter. I will enclosed the data in the attachment. Could you please help me how to filter this data.
What are your suggestions? any other filtering methods?

Could you please give me a code to filter if you have one?
