how to fill ground in Specific space of the board (e.g. inside of FPGA or Oscillator) in OrCAD 9.0?

Select the obstacle tool from the tool bar and draw the outline where you want the copper pour.
After drawing the outerline just select the outer line and right click goto properties or just double click on the obstacle line.
Now select the option "copper pour" in the drop down box instead of board outline.
Now below this drop down box select the net name to which you want to connect the copper pour.
Give the clearence as 20mils.now press ok.
You will get the copper area where u have drew the outer line.
Let me know whether it is working fine or not
