could anyone teach me how to extract the equivalent circuit of pi model in a inductor ?
I'm using Ansoft Hormonica 8.5 and Agilent ADS.

As far as I know there is no way to extract the complete pi model since it depends on the technology (e.q. number of substrate layers). The best way is to build your own equivalent circuit or you can also use some proposed model which can be found in many papers (e.q. Yue, C.P.; Wong, S.S.; Electron Devices, IEEE Transactions on , Volume: 47 , Issue: 3 , March 2000 Pages:560 - 568).

And then from your simulation result, you can obtain Y or Z parameters. From that you can extract all parameters step by step.
