extracting coupling matrix from s parameters

I got the coupling matrix of a four-pole filter with source and load coupling?But I donot know how to extract the coupling coefficients between source and load by simulation software, such as HFSS.
Could you tell me?

would you please clarify your question,in fact the S parameters explain the most question!
