We have equivalent circuit for active inductor: Rp//Cp//L series with rs. By sp simulation we can predict Rp, but L and C they are both exist in imaginary part.
How to calculate L?

For very large frequencies (beyond the resonant frequency) the frequency response is determined by the capacitance only (without any error: only at infinity in theory) assuming thar there is no remarkable resistance in series with Cp.
This gives you the possibility to derive the magnitude 1/wCp fromm the Zin display.
Then, the resonant frequency allows calculation of L.
However, this approach can be applied only under the assumption that the simple equivalent circuit really applies.
