Hi,

I would like to measure S parameter of a circuit using Network analyzer. I measure the calibration condition and then measure the DUT. But after that, I dont know how to extract the pure S parameters of the circuit.

Can any friend tell me how to do?

Thanks

Re: Measure S parameter!

suppose if you did the calibration, those parasitics should be
deducted. Otherwise, you need some best fixtures and go
through the de-embedding. Do a google of deembedding, you
will find tons of information about it.
