Open Layout View then go to Layout in Menu bar & click on Layout => Export,
then change the file type to DXF ...
If this option only shows GDS then
double click on Layer Setup in Layout tab..then right click on File Export Mappings..
New DXF Export Mappings...Then click OK...
Now once again go to Layout in menubar & Export layout you shold now get DXF option for export...
