How to export differential S-parameter in HFSS?

I was running a HFSS design of differential pair in Driven Terminal solution type, after finished simulation, then I want export S-parameter (SNP, .touchstone file).
But guys, you know, we can only export in single end/ single terminal, like below. I know ADS can solve this problem, I mean can I solve it in HFSS directly? Thank you all!

I doubt any meaningful S-parameter analysis or simulation can be run on an AT89S8285. Please be more specific about your needs.
