i want erase my pic16f877a programm
an using pickit 2
when. i erase it show me every thing erased,
but mcu is not black

I'm not sure what you mean. If the PICkit2 says it is erased, it means it has read all the bytes back and found them in erased state (all bits high if I remember). You should see all addresses hold 3FFF which is all 14 bits of the instruction memory set high.
