How to eliminate the interference Doppler effection~~~?

A tranceiver and a receiver,
if one of them are moving very fastly,the frequence will change according to the theory of Doppler,so in that case ,the receiver may could not receive the signal because the frequence has changed!~!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~

AND any idears about to eliminate the interference Doppler effection~

To get measurable frequency deviation (for example 0.1%) you need to move as quickly as 0.1% speed of light (0.1% * c = 2999 m/s). Even if receiver somehow moves with that speed the receiver will automatically retune to new a little different freqency. So forget about "eliminating Doppler effect" there is absolutely no need to worry about this....
