I need to draw a 3D breast shape that is more realistic than a hemisphere, so I need it to have a variable shape that is better drawn with a splice tool. Does HFSS has anything remotely similar? Or does it have a way to draw non-uniform (not exactly spherical or rectangular) 3D shapes?

Thanks.
