poynting hfss vector

hi for all

I am using Ansoft HFSS v9.2 to simulate a microstrip line, and it is easy to draw the electric field on the substate object or on the air.
But is there any way to draw the field on a plane (cross section) at specific value of length.
Is there any one who can help me..

Regards

draw electric fields

All you have to do is to draw a square plane, any
size, inside the radiation area, cross section, whatever
you want and then right click>plot fields>...then
you have a bunch of options: mag E, mag H, vector E,
vector H, mag J, vector J, Poynting vector, etc
. do not asign any material to the drawing...

I hope I understood your question......
otherwise just post the file and I can help...

Many thanks for your help,

It works very well..:D:D

Best Regards...
