I've seen the lecture 7 at this page http://www.ee.buffalo.edu/courses/ee419/videos.html
and I understand how to draw the observability flow graph from a transfer function (isolate Y(s), ...).
But what is the explanation on how to draw the controllability flow graph?
Controllability flow graph gives following state space equations (dual of these of observability flow graph) :
