The Microwave Office(MWO) software's in good tool for design the feed network for microstrip antenna array.
There is a very good example in IE3D help.

I would be very interested if you do fing that HFSS tutorial for arrays. I am looking myself. I believe there might be something in some books that anyone who has purchased the software may have. I'll ask around as well.
