I need to draw a intersection view for several CMOS based transistor. I just wondering that is there any software can do this job nicely.

Thanks

Please clarify what do you mean by intersecting transistors.

Re: how to draw a nice intersection view for CMOS transistor

sorry for the misunderstanding.

When you do layout, you usually do it in top view, where you have active regions on both sides and poly gate at the middle.

I want to draw a 3-D view of CMOS transistor, which means there is a substrate on the bottom, metal and gate stack on the top.

I just want to know is there any specific software can do this job.

Thanks, Fahmy
