I am doing a design using the SIM908. I want the PCB tracks going to the GSM/ GPS antennas to be 50 OHM characteristic impedance.
I do not understand how to do this in Eagle.(or in any other)
Can someone please advice me?
thanks.

Find out the trace width requirements for 50ohm based on ur copper thickness, dielectric material and dielectric constant and dielectric height from the reference plane.

Search in Google u will get lof of calc.

I thought there was a general size and a width for all PCBs. thanks you for your reply.. so I guess I will have to chose a manufacturer now and ask them for these parameters.

Some times antenna datasheets will have these information also
