How to drag an icon from my VB form to an external password field?

Hi,
I'm facing a small problem with my Visual Basic 6.0 project. I'm trying to make a "Password Revealer", a program that can reveal the "*" of a password. My problem is simply "How to drag an icon in the my VB form to an external password field?"
I mean, how to make the VB program interact with another programs?

I mean that I have a words list and I want to apply it to any password field or username field automatically, without the need of "Copy & Paste".
For example: I have a *.rar* file that is password protected and I want to apply a for list to the password field so I can open it.
Is there a way that I can apply this word list automatically?
