How to download the S-parameter of a component from website.

I want to do simulation using ADS, but I dont know how to download the S-parameter of a component from website. :-?help me ~
 

what are you simulating? an active circuit or passive?
 

active. power amplifier circuit. but I dont know where I can find the S-parameter of a transistor.
 

Which transistor/FET are you using and at what frequency ?
 

IRFR110 and frequency at 8.2MHz
 

Search the name of your component following s2p. (The format of this file is s2p)
