how to download both the spice netlist file and s2p file for one transistor

hi all,
I would like to cross check my s-parameter simulation for a mosfet. So i am planning to download both the spice netlist model and also to download the corresponding s2p file for any available MOSFET. If I simulate the transistor with the information from spice netlist model with the mentioned operating points in s2p file , i should be able to realise the same s2p file downloaded from the web.

but the issue is that I am not able to find both the s2p file and also the spice netlist model file for any MOSFET.


Can anyone here help me out with this
