does anyone know how to download a free edition of cadence spectre(45nm or 90nm), students edition or somethin

only your university will have it. you can not get low cost education licenses.

NO...there is no way...there is no free edition/students edition....jus ask ur univ. if they hav a license or if they can buy one...
