How to do SNDR in DAC design

Dear All :

I am working n 200MHz, 12bit DAC design now . How I do do SNDR in the simulation site , and Does any good doc or flow about design high speed DAC ?

mitgrace - you have a challanging job, I envy!

I'd attempt to measure it directly in mixed-mode simulator with tolally asynchronous with clock sinewave as an input, capturing the digital output for Matlab post processing. First, I'd test it without device mismatches. If gets to the target, test it in Monte-Carlo sim.

spectre is better ,and if you need to test more ,you can output your data to matlab.
