How to do noise analysis for a capacitive sensor?

Hello All,
I wanna to make some noise analysis for a capacitive sensor. The plate is moving up and down therefore the capacitance value is changing. could you plz help me hw i can start, i am interested more in hte vibration noise and the charge amplifier noise analysis also.
