How to do lpe and pre with dracula?

HI,can anyone tell me the detail command flow of lpe and pre with cadence dracula?
I find some dracula tutorials,but they deal with drc and lvs only...none mention lpe and pre...

ps: I got lpe and pre input deck from fab

Are you sure that it is dracula??? Haven't seent those for at least 10 yrs....
You can convert them to assura.
