how to do conducted emc test?

Hello,

Do you have advice on how i may perform a conducted EMC test for a 40W LED Lamp( Switch Mode).

Runs off 13V battery
 

This requires specialized equipment, such as a very large bar of ferrite. You should go to a company that is certified to do such tests.
 

The respective EMC standards are specifying the measurement methods together with the limit values, I think. You can check,
if you are able to perform reliable measurements with your available equipment.
