How to do a setting on MikroC Prog for STM32F107

I didn't even know the MikroElektronika attempts to sell an ARM C compiler. Most designers are satisfied with a GCC+Eclipse based tool chain, it works well with the oscillator settings generated by the ST tool.

There should be a instructions from MikroE how to use it in their IDE.
