How to determine the location of peaks in a CSV file?

DSP - Pulse Detection ?

Hi,
I want to determine the loaction of several peaks in a CSV file. I need to use some sort of DSP technique to accomplish this and I havn't a clue. I included this picture to illustrate my goal. I want to use Matlab to accomplish this.

The unprocessed data is shown in pink. Although it is discrete points I have drawn it in lines as to make it clearer.
