Please help me for design high freq and wide band QAF(quadrature all-pass filter) in Cadence.
How design size of L and C in QAF?because Q and BW and hige freq are 3 parameter can Limited my design in BW=8GHz at high freq.
I used Cadence simulator and 0.18um TSMC.rf.
Please help me
