high speed dac design

The high speed dac is effected in package ,how to sim and design?
 

high speed dac design package

you can find a model for your package (most likely at the packaging house) or you can create a reasonable one using RLC components.

You can use 1ohm resistor in series with 1nH inductor and about 500fF cap in parallel with your pins for the package model.
