Oscillator

Hello
Can i any one tell me the way to design an Oscillator that is easy to design of any type.?

Oscillator

A 555 IC makes a simple square-wave oscillator.
A CD4047 IC makes an oscillator by adding one resistor and one capacitor.
A Cmos Schmitt-trigger logic inverter or gate makes a square-wave oscillator by adding one resistor and one capacitor.

Re: Oscillator

Thanks for the help buddy, But i wanna make a Sine wave Oscillator. So can you tell me any easy way to design a Sine wave Oscillator? Throught which, i can convert any dc volt into A.c with frequency of my desire.

Re: Oscillator

You'll possibly pay a lot of money to get an exemplar of obsolete ICL8038 (It's about 15$ at Ebay). Exar XR2206 is an
in-production function generator with sine output.

Most of us don't have local shops that sell obsolete antique electronic parts.
I think Dick Smith in Australia sells them at an extremely high price.

EDIT:
He, he. The man's first name is censored.
