how to design 3 input xor/xnor gate?

Hi,

anyone knows the trick to design transistor circuit for xor and xnor gate?

say 3 input xor, 4 input xor?
 

Differently from AND or OR logic with which only 1 input determine the output value, XOR logic depends on all inputs to determine output.
Hence it is a little hard to define a simplest way without nesting 2-XOR gates to another.

I guess another term for this is a gate that detects when there is not a unanimous vote? (A unanimous vote being either all 1's or all 0's.)
