How to describe a switch in Hspice ?

G1 vin vout VCR PWL(1) phi1 gnd 0,100G 5,1m


This is voltage controlled resistor:

Vin -\|\|\|\ - Vout ,
the voltage between phi1 and gnd controls the value of this resistor. 0 volts--> 100G ohms
5 volts--> 0.001 ohm.

of course you can change the numbers.
