delay pulse in ladder

Hi all, I'm ew to plc world.

Would like to ask........ My program need an at least 2 second pulse to operate, but the given pulse is less than 1 second. So :
ex : How to delay a 0.5ms pulse to a 3 second pulse using ladder?

Hello

It will depend on PLC brand.

Try to find instructions related to monostable or delay to desconection.
