[SOLVED] How to define ports for CPW in HFSS?

No its not. The lumped port have to connect the inner conductor with the two outer conductors. Eventually use a sheet of perfect E to connect the lumped port to the outer conductors

Another option would be to create a wave port (perpendicular to the CPW) with the integration line defined from the edges (ground) to the center conductor.

You could then verify through the 'Port Field Display', that the E-field is in the desired mode.
