How to define a new layer in L-edit?

Need help about p+ layer, how to define New layer
(resistor,cap,area) in L-edit.
anybody have technology file(AMIS 0.35) ?
 

L-edit

The resistor, cao, area may define the layer that they need ,eg:you deisgn the poly resister, you may draw it in the polysilicon, AND if deisign active resister, , You must define it in the active layer.
