How to decrease harmonic distortion in 1bit DAC

I have designed 1bit DAC + LPF for sigma delta DAC (16bits). But the harmonic diatortion is bad. there are odd and even harmonic distortion, so the THD+N can not meet spec (<80dB). Could you give me any advices?
