i am design a bandgap circuit. i want to decrease the circuit's noise.
what shoud i do?
could you give me some advice about this?

Re: bandgap noise

I think a more power dissipation has to be consumed if you want to get a low noise BandGap.

And , get a high PSR to reduce the power supply coupling.

In order to get low flicker noise, user large area MOS to get the reference.

Add the guard ring as possible as you can to decrease the susbtrate noise coupling.

Finally, follow a low pass filter to filte the low frequency noise but you have to burn more power.

Re: bandgap noise

I think for real low noise performance. say 2uV (20-30kHz), maybe Opamp shouldn'd be used.

Re: bandgap noise

What do think of sampled cap bandgap!

Use a noise low power bandgap. Average a high number of samples with a switched cap circuit. I think it is more efficent than using a RC noise filter.
