How to declare block as a black box and run LVS?

If only the pins are available for a block, How to declare that block as a black box and run LVS?

It depends on the tool. For Assura there is a switch called blackbox...

I don't remember the one for calibre, let me think it...
 

Black box-LVS

In calibre you can do it by putting
LVS SPICE CULL PRIMITIVE SUBCIRCUITS YES
in custom.cal file. This file should be in run directory.

LVS BOX <cellname>

Added after 1 minutes:

but u must have a dummy schematic for the cell as this option do the schematic and layout netlist extraction but don't compare the extracted netlist of the cell

LVS BOX cell_name cell_name

U can create a LVSBOX.txt file and include it from CALIBRE menu
