How to deal with the stability of a FeedBack amplifier with the tool of spectre.

I want to design a two-stage amplifier for rest integrator. But I do not know how to deal with the stability of a feed back circuit. Such as how to simulate the loop gain, poles and zeros and transfer function with the tool of spectre.
