I have an .snp file with 816 ports and a size of 16GB. When running HB and HBSP simulations in SpectreRF, the simulation time is excessively long—especially during frequency sweeps and input power variations. Moreover, this .snp file represents only the last stage of a PA circuit; simulating an entire system could further exacerbate the issue. How can I reduce the simulation time, particularly during frequency and power sweeps?
