I want to know how to divide particular object from an image using matlab.

guess there is some ambiguity in your question. do you mean image segmentation where you extract regions for different objects in the image?

Hi
First you have to identify the object to be isolated. Then draw a border around that object such that the difference of pixels values along that border crosses a certain threshold.
You can also use a high pass filter on the image and then comparing the output from HPF with the original (by Matlab script) find out the border. In this case the distance of the transition band from the center of the filter will decide the position of the nature of border.
