How to create and simulate a general inductor using ADS Mome

Hi all,
I am trying to some EM sim for Inductor using ADS Mome. does anyone have some example showing how to creat and simulate a general inductor using ADS Mome.

there are example in ads, but I think u can only simulate planar inductor not lumped inductor.

follow the help documents. Just define the sub. and metal line, draw in the layout directly or transfer the layout from the schematic. Some tips about meshing, vias you need to pay attention. You also can optimize the width and tune No. by ADS.
