create model file cadence

Hi,

I want to know that how I can use different model files like TSMC 0.18um file, 0.25um, etc, in cadence simulation. How can I create that files?
I use 5.1.41 usr5 cadence. I am using AMI-06 model file for simulation in cadence but I do not know how to use other model files? Can anybody help me out?

Thank you.
