does anyone knows how to create analogue and digital gauges or meters in vb6 please help

u can use microcontroller that have ADC module and UART module at the hardware part. all the reading will send to PC through serial port.

Do you mean creating cages as GUI on vb,or you want to read analog and digital data from external source to PC using vb?
Would you confirm it for me
