How to creat a pop up windows using c language and which compiler is to be used creat it.. i am newbie to this

you can use qt library for c++. qt is very powerful in gui programming.

I also was looking to make GUI (making some graphs on run-time, through collecting data from ADC).

Is qt also suitable for that. I think its license is not free now (although wikipedia said its free)

qt is open source. but for commercial use you should buy license. for more information see this site: qt-project.org
