Hi all. I have an ARM LPC2368 board. I am trying to produce 2 signals from it:

a 134.2kHz Signal and a 10Hz Signal to come out of two GPIO ports

What I am trying now is use a delay function, so ON for some number of counts then OFF for the same amount and use a while loop to repeat

The problem is that I don't know which oscillator I am using to count the delay. At the moment the frequency is all wrong. Can some one please help me with setting up the frequency. I am sure it is just a few lines of code, but I am unable to find it in the user manual.
