how to correlate a BP waveform with spo2

sir,
I want to correlate blood pressure waveform to spo2 waveform with refrence to same time.both waveform are of simmilar kind somewhat amplitude differs.
which tool should i prefer & how to do that.
waiting for some good suggestion.
