How to correctly connect RS232 to MAX232N?

Hi!

Has anyone schematic how to correctly connect RS232 to MAX232N
...(capacitors, supply...) ? ? ?

because my MAX232N on TTL side (ROUT) give not correct voltage. Instead 0-5V I read 0.7-1V....

Please, Help!
