I generated OFDM signal and upconverted to 900MHz. I used this signal to drive laser, and received signal from photodetector. In post-processing, I demodulated received signal without any correction. the constellation is like fig.1. how can I correct this phase shift?

I think it should be like post-processing for measurement data. but I don't know how to do. please help me out!
